Andrew Jackson explores the meaning of home, belonging, and place, with a concentration on the African diaspora. This series was photographed in Kingston and Montego Bay, Jamaica; and Dudley, England.

Based in the UK, Jackson won an Autograph ABP/Lightwork International Photography Residency in Syracuse, New York, in 2018, where he produced the prints for an exhibition of “From a Small Island” held this year at Midland Arts Centre, Birmingham, UK.
