One year later

In the US, Sandy affected 24 states, with damages amounting to $65 billion. On his return to the New York coastline a year after the event, commissioned by The Weather Channel, Natan found some areas still almost uninhabited, with residents too traumatized to return or unable to rebuild. Some complained that it had taken a year to receive Federal money.
